Limitation of Liability

• a. Aprtel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its consulting services.
• b. In no event will Aprtel's total liability exceed the fees paid by the customer for a specific consulting service.

Changes

• a. Aprtel reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately after they are published on the Website.
